En este taller, conectaremos nuestro cuerpo con las emociones que se nos presenten, a través de diferentes formas creativas y curativas (danza, trabajo con arcilla, trabajo con voz, acuarelas, teatro ritual, escritura, masajes, movimiento…). Mi intención es que desarrollemos más tolerancia para sentir nuestras propias emociones y encontremos una mayor diversidad de formas para expresarlas y comunicarlas. Trabajaremos siguiendo el mapa de los 5Ritmos y las 5 emociones básicas de Gabrielle Roth: el Miedo que nos protege, la Ira que nos defiende, la Tristeza que nos libera, la Alegría que nos eleva y la Compasión que nos une.
El Fluido nos ayuda a sentir nuestras emociones a través del cuerpo físico y cómo conectarlas a través del movimiento. El Staccato nos enseña a dar forma, expresar y comunicar nuestro corazón en diferentes tamaños y volúmenes. El Caos nos muestra cómo atravesar las olas emocionales y cómo dejar que pasen a través de nosotros para ser en algo más grande que nosotros. El Lírico transporta una luz hacia el lado más brillante, recordándonos que esto también pasará y que hay mucho más espacio dentro de nuestro pecho para respirar. La Quietud es susurrar la sabiduría de «déjalo ser» y recordarnos cuán interconectados estamos a través de nuestros corazones.
*Pre-requisitos*: Mínimo 15 horas o un taller de fin de semana en el Nivel Olas.* Este taller cuenta para la formación oficial de 5Ritmos® como 5 días de Nivel Heartbeat.
Silvija Tomčik, es una maestra acreditada de 5Ritmos® (Formación en el Nivel Waves en 2001 y Formación en el Nivel Heartbeat en 2010, con Gabrielle Roth en los EE. UU.) Como organizadora, llevó esta práctica a Croacia y países vecinos. Silvija ha estado enseñando 5Ritmos® regularmente tanto a nivel nacional como internacional durante los últimos 18 años. Es una profesora comprometida, apasionada y enraizada. Enseñar y bailar son sus dones naturales.

Horarios: El Check In comienza el Miércoles 29 de mayo a las 15h. El taller comenzará a las 17.30h. El taller finalizará el Domingo 2 de junio a las 5.30h.

5Rhythms® Heartbeat Level 5 Days Residential Workshop

On this workshop, we will connect our body with our emotions that come our way, through different creative and healing ways (dance, working with clay, voice work, water colors, ritual theatre, writing, massage, movement…). My intention is that we develop more tolerance for feeling our own emotions and find as many different ways to express and communicate them. We will work following Gabrielle Roth’s map of 5 Rhythms and of 5 basic emotions – Fear that protects us, Anger that defends us, Sadness that releases us, Joy that uplifts us and Compassion that unites us.
Flowing is supporting us to feel our emotions through the physical body and how to ground them through the movement. Staccato is teaching us how to shape, express and communicate our heart in different sizes and volumes. Chaos is showing us the way how to go through the emotional waves and how to let them go through us to be into something bigger than us. Lyrical is shining a light to the brighter side, reminding us that this will pass too and that there is so much more space inside our chest to breathe. Stillness is whispering the wisdom of «let it be» and reminding us how very inter-connected we are through our very hearts.
*Pre-requisites*: Minimum 15hours of Waves or one Waves weekend.
This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms® trainings as a 5 days Heartbeat workshop.
Silvija Tomčik, is an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves training in 2001, and Heartbeat training in 2010, with Gabrielle Roth in the USA) who, as an organizer, brought this practice to Croatia and neightbouring countries. Silvija has been teaching 5Rhythms® regularly both nationally and internationally the last 18 years. She is a committed, passionate and grounded teacher. Teaching and dancing are her natural gifts.

Schedule: Check In starts on Wednesday, May 29 at 3:00 p.m. The workshop will begin at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will end on Sunday, June 2 at 5.30.
