Live wire 3 es un theatre lab, una base experimental dinámica, cruda y energética donde todo es posible. En el laboratorio iluminamos el lenguaje, destapamos el gesto y liberamos la mente a través de nuestra investigación teatral. Desbloqueamos las historias que nuestros cuerpos anhelan contar, articulamos los hilos conductores de tu vida.

Live wire es un enchufe a la acción creativa, una oportunidad de despertar y afilar esos lugares en nosotros que necesitan re-alinearse o re-conectarse a lo que es más original y verdadero. Contactar con la naturaleza artística de nuestra práctica tiene el potencial de llevar nuestra vulnerabilidad, visión, consciencia y danza hacia nuevas profundidades.

Desde este lugar en el que reside la verdad, el ritual brota hacia la acción auténtica y todo es posible.

PRE-REQUISITO PARA LA FORMACIÓN OFICIAL DE 5RITMOS. Las horas de «electives» combinan la práctica de 5Ritmos con otras disciplinas. Son talleres fieles a los Mapas de 5 Ritmos que entretejen profundas investigaciones que complementan las enseñanzas. Lorca Simons: Nació y creció en Forth Worth, Texas, donde tiene una asociación de por vida con la asociación de teatro experimental de su padre Hip Pocket, representando numerosas obras a lo largo de su vida, muchas escritas y dirigidas por su padre Johny Simons y diseñadas por su madre Diane. Lorca ha actuado con HTP en Escocia, en el Festival Fringe de Edinburgo y en el Queen Elizabeth Hall de Londres. Se graduó en la Escuela de Arte de Carolina del Norte y en el programa de teatro de la Universidad de Duke, antes de mudarse a la ciudad de Nueva York.

Actualmente vive en el Reino Unido, desarrollando su trabajo original y creando proyectos mainstream. Se ha abierto camino desde producciones Off Broadway hasta los circuitos de teatro más alternativos, además de aparecer en producciones de televisión y cine. Con formación en teatro tradicional, siguió sus instintos hacia la vibración única de la directora de Teatro Gabrielle Roth, con quien desarrolló una colaboración creativa de 19 años de la que surgió la creación de 5RT (5Ritmos Teatro). Thierry Francois: es francés y vive en Zagreb. Lleva enseñando la práctica de 5Ritmos desde hace 6 años. Descubrió la práctica en 2002 y esta ha cambiado significativamente su visión del movimiento y su movimiento. Conoció a Gabrielle Roth primero a través de sus libros y luego en formaciones en los Estados Unidos y Francia. Se siente afortunado por haber tenido la oportunidad de ser su discípulo. Le encanta especialmente la dimensión de unidad que alcanzamos a través del cuerpo, el corazón y el espíritu en nuestra práctica de 5Ritmos. Es terapeuta Gestalt certificado y lleva desarrollando durante los últimos años proyectos sobre masculinidad, como uno de los líderes del proyecto Mankind. Viene del mundo del teatro y le gusta explorar la creatividad a través de la música y diversas formas artísticas, especialmente a través de todo lo que surge en la pista de baile. www.thierryfrancois.net

Irene Hernández Sánchez es española, profesora certificada de 5Ritmos para impartir Nivel Waves y cursando actualmente la formación para impartir el Nivel Heartbeat. Le apasionan los grupos, la danza y los rituales y organiza, imparte y traduce sesiones, talleres y retiros en diversos rincones del mundo. Además es Terapeuta Psico-Corporal Sistémica (con formación acreditada en Terapia Familiar Sistémica y Procesos de Duelo), Socióloga y Máster en Recursos Humanos. www.irene5ritmos.com

Live Wire 3 is a theatre lab, a dynamic, raw, energetic experimental base where anything is possible.

In the laboratory we illuminate language, uncover gesture and free the mind through our theatrical investigation. We unlock the stories our bodies are longing to tell, articulating the threads of your life.

Live Wire  is a plug into creative action, an opportunity to reawakening and sharpen those places in ourselves that need realigning or perhaps rewiring back to what’s most original and true. Getting in touch with the artistic nature of our practice has the potential to take our vulnerability, vision, awareness and dance to new depths.

From this place of truth ritual springs into authentic action and anything is possible.

Workshop Times: We will start on Thursday at 19h (Check in from 16h). We will finish on Sunday at 17.30h

Lorca Simons Lorca Simons was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where she has a lifetime association with her father’s experimental theatre Hip Pocket performing in numerous plays throughout her life, many written and directed by her father Johnny Simons and produced and designed by her mother Diane. Lorca performed with HPT in Scotland at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall. She attended the North Carolina School of the Arts and the Duke University summer theatre program before moving to New York City.

Currently living in the UK, she is developing original work as well as sourcing mainstream projects. She has blazed through productions from Off Broadway to fringe, her talents can be also seen in television and film. Educated in traditional theater she followed her instincts to the unique directing vibration known as Gabrielle Roth and a 19 years creative collaboration bloomed creating 5RT (5Rhythms Theatre) with Gabrielle. Thierry Francois is French and lives in Zagreb.  He´s been teaching the 5Rhythms practice for 6 years now. He discovered the practice in 2002 and it has changed significantly his view of movement and being on the move. He´ve met Gabrielle Roth first through her books and then on trainings in the US and France. He´s happy to have had the opportunity to be her disciple. He especially loves is the dimension of unity we achieve through body, heart, and spirit in our 5Rhythms practice. He´s a Certified Gestalt therapist and has been developing several projects on Masculinity, as one of the leaders of the Mankind project.  He comes from the theater world and likes to explore creativity through music and various artistic forms, especially through everything that arises on the dance floor. www.thierryfrancois.net

Irene Hernández Sánchez is Spanish, certified as a 5R Waves teacher, and currently doing the Heartbeat training to be able to teach this level of the practice. She is passionate about groups, dance and rituals and organizes, teaches and translates sessions, workshops and retreats in different corners of the world. She is also a Body-Mind Systemic Therapist (with accredited training in Systemic Family Therapy and Grief Processes), Sociologist and Master in Human Resources. www.irene5ritmos.com
