Un taller residencial para celebrar el Solsticio de Verano con la intención de purificarnos, danzar y limpiarnos en cuerpo y alma a través del cuerpo en movimiento, el ritual danzante y la comunidad reunida, siguiendo el mapa de los 5Ritmos. **Hay opciones de participar de forma no residencial**
Litha significa Fuego y representa el apogeo de la energía que desde Imbolc (1 de febrero) venimos preparando; el fin de la oscuridad, de la esterilidad, y el comienzo de la época más fértil, donde todo se renueva. Es la abundancia, la belleza de la tierra y el poder de la Luz. La celebración de Litha es normalmente el 21 de Junio, pero varía entre el 20 y el 23 dependiendo de la rotación de la tierra alrededor del sol. Litha es un tiempo especial para mirar internamente a las semillas que hemos plantado los meses previos y para retomar los proyectos que se han dejado pendientes. Un tiempo de celebrar el final del año creciente y el comienzo del año menguante, en preparación de la cosecha por venir.
La celebración del Solsticio de Verano es tan antigua como la misma humanidad, tradicionalmente es un momento de purificación, donde se solía saltar sobre el fuego o se quemaban símbolos de aquello de lo cual uno deseaba purificarse. Purificar el alma, el cuerpo, la mente y el corazón, un momento para conectar con el pulso unificado de la tribu. Litha nos invita a dar espacio a lo nuevo, a abrir el campo del subconsciente y lo sueños, a recoger los frutos de las semillas plantadas en los meses anteriores. En el pasado se solía saltar sobre la hoguera o el caldero para conseguir un objetivo, protección, fertilidad, salud, etc. Hagamos lo que hagamos, merece la pena compartir en comunidad -familia, amigos- el meridiano anual que representa Litha.

Irene H. Sánchez es profesora internacional certificada de 5Ritmos® para impartir el Nivel Waves y el Nivel Heartbeat. Le apasionan los grupos, la danza y los rituales. Es Co-Directora del Centro Redes Murcia (terapia, cuerpo y formación) y Terapeuta Psico-Corporal Sistémica (con formación acreditada en Terapia Familiar Sistémica y Procesos de Duelo). Practica 5Ritmos desde el 2009, organiza y traduce talleres, clases y retiros desde el 2011 e imparte en Murcia y diversos rincones del mundo desde el 2014. Además, es Socióloga y Máster en Recursos Humanos y una curiosa e inquieta exploradora del mundo de las artes, el cuerpo, la música, los grupos humanos y organizaciones y la terapia. Actualmente en formación de Eneagrama de la Personalidad con la Escuela Tabaire.

A residential workshop to celebrate the Summer Solstice with the intention of purifying, dancing and cleansing ourselves in body and soul through the body in movement, the dancing ritual and the gathered community, following the map of the 5Rhythms. There are options to participate non-residentially.
Litha means Fire and represents the apogee of the energy that we have been preparing since Imbolc (February 1st); the end of darkness, of sterility, and the beginning of the most fertile time, where everything is renewed. It is the abundance, the beauty of the earth and the power of the Light. The celebration of Litha is normally on June 21st, but varies between the 20th and the 23rd depending on the rotation of the earth around the sun. Litha is a special time to look internally at the seeds we have planted in the previous months and to resume projects that have been left pending. A time to celebrate the end of the waxing year and the beginning of the waning year, in preparation for the harvest to come.
The celebration of the Summer Solstice is as old as humanity itself, traditionally it is a time of purification, where people used to jump over the fire or burn symbols of what one wanted to be purified from. Purify the soul, body, mind and heart, a moment to connect with the unified pulse of the tribe. Litha invites us to give space to the new, to open the field of the subconscious and dreams, to collect the fruits of the seeds planted in the previous months. In the past, people used to jump over the bonfire or cauldron to achieve a goal, protection, fertility, health, etc. Whatever we do, it is worth sharing in community – family, friends – the annual meridian that Litha represents.

Irene H. Sánchez is an international 5Rhtyhms® teacher certified to teach the Waves Level and the Heartbeat Level. She is passionate about groups, dance and rituals. She is Co-Director of the Redes Murcia Center (therapy, body and training) and Systemic Psycho-Body Therapist (with accredited training in Systemic Family Therapy and Grief Processes). She has been practicing 5Rhythms since 2009, organizing and translating workshops, classes and retreats since 2011 and teaching in Murcia and various corners of the world since 2014. In addition, she is a Sociologist and Master in Human Resources and a curious and restless explorer of the world of the arts , the body, music, human groups and organizations and therapy. Currently in Enneagram of Personality training with the Tabaire School.
