Un taller de 5Ritmos para despedir el año 2025 desde el cuerpo y el corazón y enfocar el año nuevo 2026 con intención amorosa y creativa.
Viene la 13ª Edición del taller «Transiciones» para limpiar, hacer espacio e invocar cosas buenas para el año que viene, desde el cuerpo y el corazón.
Cuando honramos el camino que nos ha traído hasta aquí, podemos despedirnos con gratitud y quedarnos en el espacio entre lo que fue y lo que será. Desde ese lugar de lo desconocido, abriremos nuestro cuerpo, corazón, mente y alma a nuevos rincones, paisajes y sueños para nuestro nuevo año. Un encuentro en el que seguiremos el Mapa de los 5Ritmos para cerrar el año que ha pasado y abrirnos hacia lo nuevo que está por venir, enfocándonos en qué es esencial para nosotros y cómo esto puede comenzar a desplegarse.

Viernes 9 de enero: 18.30-20.45h
Sábado 10 de enero: 10.30-19h (con descanso para comer)
Domingo 11 de enero: 10.30-14.30h
Precio: 220 euros precio normal // 180 euros precio descuento pagando la reserva de 70 euros antes del 15 de diciembre
Es necesaria experiencia previa en 5Ritmos (mínimo 3 clases nivel waves con un/a profesor/a acreditado/a, puedes hacerlas online). No es necesario tener una condición física determinada, sólo curiosidad y ganas de explorar desde el cuerpo y corazón con otros compañeros de viaje de forma respetuosa.

I offer this 13th Edition of the 5Rhythms Workshop «Transitions». With the intention of cleansing, creating space and invoke good things for the year to come, from body and heart.

When we honor the path that has brought us here, we can say goodbye with gratitude and stay in the space between what was and what will be. From this unknown place, we will open our body, heart, mind and soul to new places, landscapes and dreams for our New Year. A workshop in which we will follow the map of the 5Rhythms to close last year and open ourselves for the new to come, focusing on what is essential for us and how it can start to unfold.

At least 3 waves classes with an accredited teacher are required to participate in this workshop. No physical condition is needed, just your curiosity and will to explore your body and heart with other bodies and hearts, respectfully.*

Irene Hernández Sánchez, is Co-Director of Centro Redes Murcia (Therapy, Body and Training). She is also certified as an international Waves and Heartbeat level Teacher of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® moving meditation practice, a Body-Mind Systemic Therapist (with accredited training in Systemic Family Therapy and Grief Process Work), Sociologist and Master in Human Resources.
