Vivimos desmembrados, desconectados. Pensamos una cosa, sentimos otra y hacemos otra diferente y esto nos causa molestias y malestar. La conexión es una necesidad humana básica. En la profundo, al quitarnos las máscaras y pausar todo lo que hacemos para tapar y huir, estamos sedientos por conectar con nosotros mismos, nuestras necesidades y acciones, por comunicarnos con otras personas y por relacionarnos con el entorno que nos rodea.

En este taller exploraremos formas de conectar en los 3 niveles de relación del mapa de los 5Ritmos: con uno mismo, con el otro y con el grupo. Será una exploración grupal, desde el cuerpo y su movimiento, en la que poder encontrar tu propia puerta de entrada a la conexión.
Horario: Viernes 24 19-21h / Sábado 11-19h / Domingo 10-17.30h (Con pausa para comer el sábado y domingo)

Los 5Ritmos® de Gabrielle Roth son una simple y a la vez profunda práctica de meditación en movimiento que busca ayudarnos a reconectar con nuestro cuerpo a través de la danza y el movimiento no coreográfico. Seguimos los Ritmos para movernos y re-descubrir lo que necesita ser danzado con el apoyo y la inspiración del grupo. Un lugar para encarnar lo que somos, expresarlo y soltarlo, para encontrar nuevas posibilidades. Un espacio para darnos todo el permiso y bailar nuestra propia danza, siguiendo la sabiduría intuitiva de nuestros pies.
Irene Hernández Sánchez Se tituló como profesora internacional acreditada de 5Ritmos® de Gabrielle Roth Nivel “Waves” en 2014 y lleva desde 2008 inmersa en la práctica en el escenario internacional, en la difusión, traducción, organización y facilitación de talleres de 5Ritmos en Murcia y otros rincones del mundo. Actualmente está realizando la Formación Internacional oficial “Heartbeat” (2017/18) para acreditarse como profesora de este nivel del Mapa de los 5Ritmos®. Es Licenciada en Sociología, Máster en Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos y Terapeuta Familiar Sistémica Acreditada. 5Rhythms® with Irene Hernández Sánchez

We live dismembered and disconnected. We think one thing, feel another and do a completely different one and this causes us a lot of pain and discomfort. Connection is a basic human need. Deep within, after all the masks we put on and all we do to cover it and run away, we are hungry for connecting with oursleves, our needs and actions, for communicating with others and for relating with the environment that surrounds us.

In this workshop we will explore paths for CONNECTING trough the 3 levels of relationship in the 5Rhythms map: with yourself, with a partner and with the group. It will be a group exploration from the body in motion, where we´ll seek to find your own gateways into connection.

Schedule: Friday 24th 19-21h / Saturday 11-19h / Sunday 10-17.30h (There will be a lunch break on Saturday and Sunday)

Gabrielle Roth´s 5Rhythms® are a simple yet profound moving meditation practice which help us re-connect with our bodies trough dance and non-choreographic movement. Again and again we follow the rhythms to move and re-discover what needs to be danced with the support and inspiration of the group. A place to embody what we are, express it and let it go, to find new possibilities. A space to give ourselves all the permission and dance our own dance, following the intuitive wisdom of our feet.
Irene Hernández Sánchez received her international teacher accreditation in 5 Rhythms® in 2014. Since 2008, she has been immersed in the practice on the international stage, and focused on the dissemination and organization of 5R workshops in Murcia (Spain). She´s currently doing the Official 5Rhythms® Heartbeat Teacher´s Training (2017/18) . She graduated in Sociology and Master in Management and Human Resources Management and currently is working as Systemic Somatic PsychoTherapist in REDES Instituto Sistémico de Murcia. www.irene5ritmos.com
