En El Cortijo Los Baños Al Hamam (Almería)
Un taller residencial de 5Ritmos en el que crearemos un espacio seguro para acercarnos a la experiencia de la pérdida y el proceso de duelo desde el cuerpo y la danza-el movimiento. Para ello, exploraremos las emociones básicas presentes en el mismo, desde el contacto con una pérdida propia real.
El objetivo es aprender a hacer una despedida consciente que nos facilite un recuerdo agradecido y sin dolor, abriéndonos amorosamente a nuevos vínculos con la vida y regenerando el cuerpo y el corazón.
Despedirse no es solo decir adiós. Necesitamos limpiar a fondo para generar espacio libre y ser capaces de experimentar transformaciones, asomándonos ingenuamente al misterio de lo nuevo y ocupando un lugar desde el que disfrutar, saborear la vida y crear nuevos vínculos.
Metodología: En este taller seguiremos el mapa emocional de la práctica de meditación en movimiento de los 5Ritmos de Gabrielle Roth (heartbeat) y añadiremos herramientas de trabajo propias de la elaboración del proceso de duelo
*Son necesarias al menos 15 horas de experiencia en el Nivel Waves de 5Ritmos con algún profesor certificado*

Irene Hernández Sánchez Coordinadora de Terapias Corporales en centro REDES y Terapeuta Pisco Corporal Sistémica. Es profesora internacional certificada de 5Ritmos para impartir Nivel Waves (físico) y Nivel Heartbeat (emocional). Le apasionan los grupos, la danza y los rituales y organiza, imparte y traduce sesiones, talleres y retiros en diversos rincones del mundo. Tiene formación acreditada en Terapia Familiar Sistémica y Procesos de Duelo, es Socióloga y Máster en Recursos Humanos.

Fuensanta Sánchez Sánchez Directora de Programas de Formación del centro REDES. Doctora en medicina y psicoterapeuta experta en duelo y terapia familiar. Profesora y responsable docente de múltiples actividades formativas en procesos de comunicación, relaciones familiares y duelo, en el ámbito sanitario, social y educativo. Experiencia de mas de 30 años como terapeuta y orientadora grupal. Ha sido durante 15 años Coordinadora del Servicio de Cuidados Paliativos de la Región de Murcia.
Roger Soto Calpe Director del centro REDES. Doctor en Medicina y psicoterapeuta experto en duelo y terapia familiar. Profesor y responsable docente de múltiples actividades de formación en procesos de comunicación, relaciones familiares y duelo, en el ámbito social, sanitario y educativo. Experiencia de mas de 30 años como terapeuta y medico de familia
GOODBYES – September 2025
A 5Rhythms residential workshop in which we will create a safe space to approach the experience of loss and the grieving process from the body and dance-movement. To do this, we will explore the basic emotions present in it, following the thread of a real loss of your own.
The goal is to learn to make a conscious farewell that will give us a grateful and painless memory, lovingly opening ourselves to new connections with life and regenerating the body and the heart.
It is not enough to just saying goodbye. We need to clean thoroughly to generate free space and be able to experience transformations, naively peering into the mystery of the new and occupying a place from which to enjoy, savor life and create new bonds.
Methodology: In this workshop we will follow the emotional map of the Gabrielle Roth´s 5Rhythms moving meditation practice (heartbeat) and we will add work tools used for the elaboration of the grieving process.
*At least 15 hours of experience in the 5Rhythms Waves Level with a certified teacher, are required to participate in this workshop*

Irene Hernández Sánchez. Body-Mind Therapy Coordinator, Teacher and Therapist at Centro REDES Murcia (Family Systemic Therapy Center). She is a certified 5Rhythms international teacher in both Waves Level (physical) and Heartbeat Level (emotional). She is passionate about groups, dance and rituals and organizes, teaches and translates sessions, workshops and retreats in diverse corners of the world. She has accredited training in Systemic Family Therapy and Grief Process. She´s studied Sociology and has Master in Human Resources.
