- Sobre el taller:
El mapa de Cycles® de 5Ritmos es un viaje de investigación infinita: la disolución de viejas heridas, la medicina del perdón que crea la posibilidad de realización y transformación en un ser íntegro, uno que continúa moviéndose con la potencialidad de la chispa de la concepción, a lo largo de toda la vida.
No somos solo una, sino todas las etapas de la vida. Lo que fue, lo que es y lo que será está vivo en nuestros cuerpos, corazones y mentes. En Cycles nos damos la oportunidad de encarnarlas plenamente todas, desde el nacimiento hasta la muerte, moviéndonos con las formas, la respiración y los ritmos de toda una vida.
Tanto si eres joven como mayor, tanto si es tu primera experiencia en Cycles como si ya has participado antes, este taller es para todo ser humano con historias que expresar, realidades que aceptar, sabiduría ancestral que desvelar y maravillas latentes que recuperar. Acompáñanos mientras crecemos juntas y juntos.
**Este taller cuenta como 5 días de nivel Cycles dentro del itinerario de formación en el camino de la formación de 5Ritmos.**

- CUÁNDO: Llegada desde el martes 19 de mayo por la tarde-noche, el taller comienza el miércoles 20 de mayo por la mañana y acaba el domingo 24 por la tarde.
- REQUISITOS PREVIOS: Es necesario haber realizado un taller de fin de semana de nivel Waves (o un número equivalente de horas = 15 h) y un taller de nivel Heartbeat (o un número equivalente de horas = 15 h) para poder asistir a este taller. - Sobre la profesora: Tammy Burstein.
Viajera incansable, es miembro del equipo global de 5Ritmos y del equipo de formación de profesorado de 5Ritmos, enseñando los mapas de Waves (2001), Heartbeat (2010) y Cycles (2015) tanto a nivel local como internacional. Tammy comenzó a practicar 5Ritmos en el siglo XX, emergió como profesora de 5Ritmos al amanecer del siglo XXI y los ha vivido desde antes incluso de saber que existían.
Es una forma de vida urbana que hizo de la ciudad de Nueva York su base y fuente de inspiración del alma hasta 2020, y desde entonces las montañas del estado de Nueva York se han convertido en su maestra constante. Se ha ganado la vida como bailarina, diseñadora de iluminación, agente de viajes y bibliotecaria. Crea su vida bailando los 5Ritmos.
Tammy es una mujer excepcional, profesora y DJ tanto dentro como fuera de la pista. Os animo a todas y todos a experimentar el espacio de danza enraizado, suave y salvaje que ha creado.

- About the WORKSHOP:
The 5Rhythms Cycles map is a journey of endless investigation – the melting of old wounds, the medicine of forgiveness creating the possibility of realization and transformation into a wholistic being, one that continues to move with the potentiality of the spark of conception throughout our lives.
We are not just one but all the stages of life. What has been, what is, and what will be is alive in our bodies, hearts, and minds. In Cycles we give ourselves the opportunity to fully embody them all, from birth to death, by moving with the shapes, the breath, the rhythms of a lifetime.
Whether young or older, your first or your latest Cycles experience, this workshop is for every human being with stories to express, realities to accept, ancestral wisdom to uncover, and nascent wonders to recover. Join us as we grow together.
**This workshop counts as 5 Cycles level days towards de 5Rhythms teacher´s training path.**

- WHEN: Arrival from Tuesday, May 19 in the late afternoon/evening. The workshop begins on Wednesday morning, May 20, and ends on Sunday afternoon, May 24.

- About the teacher: Tammy Burstein.
An itinerant wonderer, she is a 5Rhythms Global and 5Rhythms Teacher Training staff member, teaching the Waves (2001), Heartbeat (2010), and Cycles (2015) maps locally and globally. Tammy started practicing the 5Rhythms in the 20th century, emerged as a 5Rhythms teaching at the dawn of the 21st, and has been living them since before she knew they existed. She is an urban lifef-orm who made New York City her home base and soul inspiration until 2020, and the mountains of New York State her continuing teacher since then. She has made her living as a dancer, a lighting designer, a travel agent, and a librarian. She creates her life dancing the 5Rhythms.
